Information on this site

We try to keep menus, prices, room rates, hall details and photographs accurate, but they may change without notice. Photographs are for illustration. All prices are in Indian rupees and, unless stated, are before applicable taxes such as GST.

Table reservations

An online reservation is a request. It is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you. We may hold a table for a short time after the booked slot and may release it if the party has not arrived or contacted us.

Home stay room requests

A room request is not a confirmed booking. Availability, final rate and any advance payment are confirmed by our team with you directly. Check-in and check-out times are shown on the Home Stay page. A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in.

Banquet enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A banquet date is held only on confirmation and payment of the advance, as set out in your written quote. Cancellation, change and refund terms are shared in that quote.

Food

Our kitchen is pure vegetarian. Please tell us about allergies or Jain requirements when you book; we will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Acceptable use

Please give accurate details and do not misuse the forms. Automated or abusive submissions may be blocked.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information that has changed since it was published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
